For health and safety of our guests, the Bridal Veil Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking inn.
Our winter guests need to remember that Ouray is in snow country and snowstorms may be expected at any time. Snow tires or chains may be required to travel the high country roads.
The Bridal Veil Bed and Breakfast is privately owned and Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Guests are responsible for payment in full for all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure.
Your credit card will be charged upon arrival for the balance due for all room nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure.

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made three full days prior to 3:00 PM on the day of check in.
For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Tuesday before 3 PM.
If the guest cancels less than 3 days in advance, 100% of the accommodation fees for reserved nights will be charged.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 100% of the accommodation fees for the reserved nights will be charged.

Daily housekeeping included in the room rate
Sales tax of 9.45% (state sales tax 2.9%, county sales tax 2.55%, city sales tax 4.0%) are not included in the rates.
3.5% Ouray City lodging tax not included in rate
Stays require a total stay of 2 or more nights
Stays on the 4 of July require a total stay of 3 or more nights
Payment may be made with Credit Card, Cash, or Personal checks.
